Positive: Nice apartment which matches the description. Picked up the key from the shop. Mind that the elevator has a code which I hadn't clarified earlier and was quite confused at first. An old lady living there helped out. The renting company was also in touch all the time with explanations. Very easy to get to the city centre by subway, around 25 min, Apartment itself is OK. Everything needed for cooking was there. Supermarket is just outside the building. Bed and sofa are comfy. No problem with noise.
Negative: Door to the balcony was a bit tricky to open - you have to be careful with it. The neighbourhood might spoil the image of Paris, the smell of piss was present. At the weekend there were lots of homeless. However, on a week day they were somehow all gone and what you'll see in the evening - couples and families dining in the cafes nearby.

Positive: We love our time spent there.The keynest is one metro station far away and for first time travelers it must to be difficult but we figure out somehow. Everything was clean,aparament was confortabile and modern. Metro starion Garibalgi was close We will stay there again for sure.

Positive: Apartment exactly as expected. good quality and clean. good beds, very quiet. very close to metro station with supermarket and other services close by.
Negative: I had no problems, but Saint Ouen is not a noble area, it's an immigration residencial area, a bit degraded and not very clean. At night the street lights often were not working, which raised some concerns when arriving late from the metro to the apartment.

Positive: Just location. Very near Garibaldi metro station. A lot of market in the same street.
Negative: The apartment was dirty, full of dust, a dirty towel in the bathroom, a clogged sink in the bathroom, which also gave off a stench, in the bedroom there was a stain from a leak, there was a smell of moisture, in the wardrobe (there is only one in the hall) there is a dirty vacuum cleaner full of dust and a brush for cleaning the floor which was also dirty. I kept my things in a suitcase for 6 days. in the living room, the sofa had some kind of white stains, also on the cushions of the sofa. I didn't even sit on him. Otherwise, the description of the accommodation says that professionals will clean the apartment. Funny because I have never been to a dirtier place and I travel very often. As compensation, I received 30 euros from the price of the cleaning, which is not enough, but I had no choice but to accept it. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone because it ruined my stay in Paris

Positive: The apartment was marvelous, modern spacious and clean with a smart TV in both bedroom and living room. The kitchen was fully equiped and it had a wonderful view together with the spacious balcony. The host was more than kind and we were keeping in touch from the moment we booked to until we left. It' near to the metro station and and there a number of small wonderful cafes and a really good and affordable restaurant!

Negative: Picking up the key was a pain. Almost 30-40 min detour to and fro. The key should be managed much closer to the apartment.

Positive: The apartment is perfect. Very spacious and beautiful with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Large terrace with a beautiful view. Very good value for money. We are very satisfied. It's located near the metro station, and it's a 15-20 minute ride to the city center.
